Online Return Policy
Returns (Online purchases only)
We accept returns on items ordered online up to 5 days after the date of delivery. Please review the following online return procedures.
- Please email shoponline@swapboutique or call (225) 636-2425 prior to shipping back your item. We will issue a Return Approval Number (RAN) and a return shipping address. Items without an RAN, or items that are more than 5 days from delivery date, will not be eligible for a refund.
- Item must be in the same condition as it was shipped with tags attached.
- Include your RAN number and proof of purchase in the return package.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the mail.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within three business days.
- Late or missing refunds (if applicable): There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you haven;t eceived a refund yet, please check with your financial institution, for it may be pending. If you still do not see your refund, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
