Clothes condition: Make sure all items are clean. If Dry Clean is required, please have those clothes professionally cleaned prior to consigning. Items can not have any stains, pulls, or missing buttons. All clothes should be in great condition; we can not accept items that are too worn or aged. Hangers vs. no hangers: Please bring items on hangers if possible. We will accept clothes in bags, but we would prefer the items to be hung. (It makes it easier to itemize the items). 

Policy: Download the consignor agreement, sign and bring a copy in with your items. Please let us know if you would like to pick up your unsold items. If not, we will be happy to donate those items to a local charity.  

Set an Appointment: Due to the high volume of items we get in each day, we ask that you set an appointment to consign. Call us at 504-304-6025 and we will set aside time just for you so you do not have to wait.  Our staff will review the terms of the contract with you and answer any questions that you may have regarding your items.

Payment: You can opt for a check payment or a store credit. You will receive a commission each month for the items sold in the previous month( 40% per item, and 50% per item priced over $100). Or, you can opt to receive a store credit for all items sold.
